At NeilMed Web Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion items, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Affix the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it firmly to the outside of your package, ensuring no other tracking labels are visible.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving the items.
